10 plate ground to overhead

20 OH lunge p/side

10 AKBS

5 KB clean and press p/side
6 rounds.

200m run at the end of each round.

B: Metcon (Time)

5 burpee over bar

10 BB bent over row

20 wall ball

10 DB snatch p/side

5 renegade row/pushup
6 rounds.

200m suitcase carry after each round.

C: Metcon (Time)

5 burpee box jump overs

10 front squat

20 tall plank drag through

10 push press

5 pullups
6 rounds.

15 calories as fast as you can at the end of each round on assault bike.
