The Move Program
The move program is our group training program. Unique, innovative, group training that is designed to help you build a consistent routine that creates progression, amongst a community of likeminded people who will support you and join you on the journey
There are 4 diverse classes within the Move program that work together, towards achieving your goals
Transform: Our signature strength, resistance training and conditioning sessions feature on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. Each day has a unique focus point and goal, which is progressive by nature. Every 12 weeks you will have the opportunity to test your progress with an Inbody scan and our “Friday night lights” social event/testing night
Energise: Held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, this class is designed to challenge all energy systems and build your work capacity. Be prepared to work hard.
Shift: Held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Shift is our HIIT style class designed to get your heart rate up, challenge your breathing and get your post workout endorphins flowing!
Restore: Our class dedicated to recovery. Restore is a combination of mobility, stretch therapy and breathing to increase your ability to recover for the week ahead
Each class has a maximum of 20 people (except Saturday’s) to allow us to train you safely and effectively, with a focus on maximising progress and technique.
The Stronger For Life Program FOR WOMEN
Build lean muscle, shape, tone and strengthen your body in a Semi Private setting with our strength and resistance-training based program. Designed for women’s bodies and performed in a semi private setting, with specific lower and upper body sessions designed to allow you to achieve the right balance of work each week.
Our Stronger for life program for Women was created to develop strength, build confidence and increase energy. This program is performed in a semi-private setting, with a maximum of 6 people to allow us to focus on each individual, to achieve your own unique goals
The Stronger For Life Program FOR MEN
The men’s Stronger for life program is designed to build muscle and strength. Designed specifically for men, this program is progressive, periodized and based around all major muscle groups and lifts
Our Stronger for life program for Men was created to develop strength, build muscle and increase confidence under a bar.
This program is performed in a semi-private setting, with a maximum of 6 people to allow us to focus on each individual, to achieve your own unique goals.
1-1 personal training
Personal training programs are designed to give you the attention to detail and accountability you need to achieve your unique, specific goals.
Whether you are learning weight training fundamentals for the first time, returning from pregnancy/injury, or want to focus on athletic/sports specific training, we can tailor a program for you.
Your coach will ensure you make progress, using the FIT360 App to plan, program and measure your training and nutrition programs.
Get access to the FIT360 gym and our signature training program via the FIT360 app, which allows you to work autonomously during off peak times. The Studio Membership provides you with a 3 day progressive and periodized training program, weekly access to the Saturday Group class timetable (Program Move), and monthly access to the Inbody Scanner to track you results.
